Seven days by the water

Aqua Sagrada is seven days by the water: somatic water therapy and freediving in the cenotes of Tulum, breath, sound and rest, held in an intimate circle at Papaya Playa Project.

Somatic water therapy is the heart of the week. Fabian guides you through breath, presence and slow movement in water, close to home at Papaya Playa and in the cenotes. Freediving is one part of that practice, always at your own pace.

Each day moves between the stillness of fresh water and the rhythm of the beach. You learn to breathe with intention, to move slowly through clear water, and to return each evening to thoughtfully designed meals, the ocean and a small group walking the same path.

No prior freediving experience is needed. It's simply an invitation to slow down and meet the water.

More than a spa week

Aqua Sagrada is for curious travelers, beginners and experienced swimmers alike, who want more than a spa week: guided practice in water, in a small group, in one of the most beautiful places in the Mexican Caribbean.

Guests must be 15 or older and able to swim. Fabian guides every step at your own pace.
